JELI 21 January | Department of Energy, Minerals and Materials Technology has organized a Proposal Defense program for FBKT post-graduate students at the Lansium (BK5) Seminar Room, UMK Jeli Campus. The Proposal Defense is an annual program of each faculty to monitor the progress and research direction of FBKT’s postgraduate students, as well as to enhance their knowledge and skills in conducting ethical research as regulated by the UMK Graduate Studies Center (PPS).
During the program, 14 FBKT postgraduate students successfully presented their research proposal based on guidelines set by the UMK Graduate Studies Center (PPS). The program was also involving participation of FBKT’s lecturers and staff as well as other faculty as examiners and observers. At th end of the program, students have received valuable input/suggestions and comments on improving the quality of the research proposal as well as their research direction and publications in the future.
